Welcome to the Fund Community First Affiliate Program. As an authorized Affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement governs your participation in the Affiliate Program and outlines your responsibilities, rights, and limitations.

Participation in this Program allows you to earn commissions by referring sponsors, supporters, and campaign creators to Fund Community First.

By registering for the Affiliate Program, you accept this Agreement.

1. Approval or Rejection of Applications

Fund Community First reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject any Affiliate application
• Request additional information
• Suspend or terminate your participation

Fund Community First may reject applications at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.

2. Commissions

2.1 Eligibility

To earn commissions:

• Referred users must remain active for at least 31 days
• Transactions must be successfully completed

You may not refer yourself or earn commissions on your own accounts.

2.2 Payment Schedule

• Commissions are paid monthly
• Chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent transactions are excluded

2.3 Adjustments

Fund Community First may:

• Withhold payments for suspicious activity
• Void commissions tied to invalid or prohibited referrals

3. Prohibited Conduct

Your Affiliate status may be suspended or terminated for:

3.1 Inappropriate Advertising

Including but not limited to:

• False or misleading claims
• Misrepresentation of programs or features
• Unauthorized use of Fund Community First trademarks

3.2 Spamming

Such as:

• Mass unsolicited emails
• Automated posting
• Posting in prohibited forums

3.3 Illegal or Inappropriate Content

You may not promote Fund Community First on sites that:

• Contain hate, violence, or discrimination
• Promote illegal activities
• Host adult or explicit content

3.4 Failure to Disclose Affiliate Relationship

All endorsements must comply with:

• FTC disclosure laws
• Canadian advertising standards
• Truth-in-advertising legal requirements

3.5 Misuse of Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized brand usage
• Impersonating Fund Community First staff
• Registering domains containing FundCommunityFirst trademarks

3.6 Forbidden Incentives

Affiliates may NOT:

• Offer cash rebates, coupons, or personal kick-backs
• Create fake incentives to encourage signups

You MAY offer:

• Bonuses you create independently (e.g., educational PDFs, consulting guides)
• Value-added content that does not mislead participants

4. Affiliate Links

You may use:

• Text links
• Image banners
• Buttons
• Social media posts
• Email newsletters (permission-based only)

But you may not:

• Cloak links
• Hide affiliate intent
• Use misleading calls-to-action

All links must clearly direct users to fundcommunityfirst.ca or official landing pages.

5. Coupon & Deal Site Restrictions

Unless pre-approved:

• You may NOT advertise “Fund Community First coupon” or similar phrases
• You may NOT imply that unapproved discounts exist
• You may NOT label your links as “click for discount” unless a real discount is assigned to you

Violations will lead to immediate removal.

6. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Rules

PPC advertising is NOT permitted without written permission.

You may not:

• Bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Fund Community First,” “fundcommunityfirst.ca”)
• Bid on sponsorship-related keywords tied to the platform

Violations may result in commission forfeiture.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Fund Community First is not liable for:

• Lost commissions due to tracking failures
• Technical interruptions
• Database issues
• Conversion rate changes
• Affiliate errors

Fund Community First provides no warranty—express or implied—regarding:

• The Affiliate Program
• Conversion rates
• Income potential

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

Fund Community First may terminate your participation immediately for:

• Non-compliance
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of laws
• Violation of these Terms

You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying Fund Community First.

Upon termination:

• All unpaid commissions tied to prohibited behavior may be voided
• You must remove all promotional materials
• You must discontinue using affiliate links

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fund Community First, its directors, officers, employees, and partners against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from:

• Your promotions
• Your website content
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of laws

10. Amendments

Fund Community First may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

Province: Nova Scotia
Country: Canada

Disputes may require mediation or arbitration before litigation.

12. Consent

By registering as an Affiliate, you confirm:

✔ You will promote Fund Community First ethically and responsibly
