2. Rights You Grant to Fund Community First
By uploading or submitting any content to the platform, you grant Fund Community First a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display your content on campaign pages
- Promote campaigns on social media
- Use your campaign images or text in educational or marketing materials
- Showcase successful outcomes or platform statistics
- Store and back up your content
- Transform or adapt content (e.g., resizing images)
This license allows Fund Community First to operate and promote the platform effectively but does not transfer ownership of your content.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
User-generated content includes:
- Campaign titles and descriptions
- Photos and videos uploaded by Campaign Creators
- Sponsor logos
- Comments or public messages
- Rewards or perk images
- Updates posted by Campaign Creators
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to all content you upload
- Your content does not infringe on copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights
- You have consent from individuals appearing in photos or videos
- You will respect intellectual property laws when using third-party materials
Fund Community First may remove content that violates these rules.
4. Prohibited Use of Platform Content
Users may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or republish platform content
- Reproduce or clone trust features, badges, or UX design
- Harvest data or scrape website content
- Create derivative works from platform materials
- Use platform content for competitive or commercial purposes
- Misuse sponsor assets or campaign materials
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Handling Copyright Complaints (DMCA-Style Process)
Although Fund Community First operates in Canada, we follow a DMCA-style process to handle copyright disputes quickly and fairly.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, send a written notice to:

- The name Fund Community First
- The fundcommunityfirst.ca brand
- Platform-designated trust badges
- Logos, icons, and graphics used in platform branding
Unauthorized use of trademarks is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may display third-party content such as:
- Sponsor logos
- Campaign Creator media
- Brand assets supplied by users
- External trademarks and copyrighted materials
Such materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reuse them without permission.
9. Enforcement
Fund Community First reserves the right to:
- Remove infringing content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Block upload capabilities
- Report violations to authorities
- Seek damages or legal remedies where appropriate
